• Compensation
  • 600 USD / month for the first 3 months *
  • 900 USD / month from 4th month onwards *
• Minimum duration of 3 months. Maximum duration of 6 months
• Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship
• This is a fully remote position. Applicants are welcome to apply from any timezone.

*Internships from Singapore may have different rates due to local requirements

• Your mandate is to work to improve the product and building features for RouteVN
• You will be working closely with @han4wluc (Luciano) on a daily basis
• You are expected to spend 70%+ of your time on engineering aspects and the remaining 30% on product aspects.

• You have passion for Visual Novels and you share the RouteVN vision
• You genuinely enjoy coding all day
• You have a taste and high admiration for well crafted products
• You are curious, fast learner and enjoy being exposed to new technologies
• You are able to work independently take your own initiatives and responsibilities

• We write almost all our code in Javascript and a little bit of Python
• We build our own frameworks and libraries from scratch and open source all of it. Including:
  • UI Library
  • Frontend framework
  • Static site generator
  • Backend framework
  • Graphics DSL
  • Visual Novel Engine
  • Custom internal tools
