• Compensation
  • 600 USD / month for the first 3 months *
  • 900 USD / month from 4th month onwards *
• Minimum duration of 3 months. Maximum duration of 6 months
• Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship
• This is a fully remote position. Applicants are welcome to apply from any timezone.

• We're looking for a rare talent who can handle both creative writing and visual illustration
• You will be using RouteVN's product to create meaningful free-to-play Visual Novels
• Ideate and discuss with the team to come up with Visual Novel concepts
• Writing: craft compelling narratives, develop world-building elements, write engaging dialogue, and create memorable characters
• Illustration: design expressive character sprites, create immersive backgrounds, UI elements, and CG illustrations for key scenes

• You have a genuine passion for Visual Novels and storytelling
• You genuinely enjoy writing and drawing all day
• You have a portfolio demonstrating your writing and illustration skills
• You are curious, a fast learner, and enjoy creative collaboration
• You are able to work with a team and meet deadlines
• You are able to work independently, take your own initiatives and responsibilities
